In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Funds SA implemented work from home arrangements for all employees effective Tuesday 24 March 2020. On Monday 18 May 2020 Funds SA began steps to gradually transition operations back into the office. Upon that date our workforce was split into two groups, with a voluntary ‘Office Group’ resuming work in the office, and a ‘Remote Group’ continuing to work remotely.

Enhanced protocols were established in May, consistent with the South Australian Government ‘Roadmap for Easing COVID-19 Restrictions’; incorporating guidelines to prevent the spread of the virus that include:

  • Operating under a mixed working model
  • Safe cleaning and hygiene practices
  • Physical distancing procedures
  • General health reminders
  • Protocols for suspected exposure

In late September, the Corporation adopted the office as the default work location while maintaining the flexibility for staff to work remotely. However, during the 3 day South Australian hard lockdown between 19-22 November 2020, Funds SA again enacted a full remote working environment. From 23 November 2020 to 4 January 2021 Funds SA staff worked from home where possible, in line with South Australian Government advice.  

From Monday 4 January 2021 Funds SA resumed working from the office as the default arrangement for all employees and contractors, adhering to all established workplace COVID-19 protocols. Our office is now available to visitors. We ask that bookings are made prior to attendance.
