Reporting to the Program and Emerging Technology Manager, this role supports the delivery of technology and data initiatives by analysing business needs, documenting requirements, and helping ensure solutions align with organisational and technical objectives.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams and subject matter experts to translate requirements into practical, high‑quality outcomes across the project lifecycle, including discovery, process mapping, delivery support and testing.

In-house Counsel: Transactions, Investments & Regulatory
Funds SA is seeking a mid-level lawyer to undertake a broad range of front end transactional and advisory work. A challenging position reporting to the Head of Legal, this role will be actively involved in investments and deals of significance as well as broader financial services, regulator and commercial matters.
The role will work closely with senior managers, provide advice across a range of areas, and generally add value to the business. While honed legal skills and quality training is a must, an ability to distill commercially viable solutions to legal problems is key, as is an ability to negotiate a complex commercial environment.
The role has a senior reporting line, is hands-on, and will deal with external legal advisors to Funds SA.
