  1. Superannuation Funds Management Corporation of South Australia, trading as Funds SA (Funds SA) operates the URL https://www.funds.sa.gov.au (and all related subpages) (Website).
  2. In the event that Funds SA collects personal information from you in connection with your use of the Website, Funds SA will do so in accordance with Funds SA’s Privacy Policy, which is available here.
  3. Funds SA may collect personal information from you as a result of your use of the Website. This information may include, but is not limited to:

Funds SA relies on its authority to exercise all of the powers of a natural person under section 6 of the Superannuation Funds Management Corporation of South Australia Act 1995 (SA) when it takes steps to collect, use and disclose your personal information in connection with your use of the Website.
  8. Funds SA may amend this Privacy Statement at any time. Funds SA will not notify you of any amendment. Funds SA recommends you periodically review this Privacy Statement for changes.
  9. This Privacy Statement and Funds SA’s Privacy Policy will be governed by and construed in accordance with the law applicable in the state of South Australia. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of South Australia.
