Superannuation Funds Management Corporation of South Australia, trading as Funds SA (Funds SA) operates the URL https://www.funds.sa.gov.au (and all related subpages) (Website).

These general terms and conditions (Website Terms and Conditions) govern the relationship between you and Funds SA when browsing, accessing or otherwise using the Website. By continuing to use the Website you agree to accept the Website Terms and Conditions as varied by Funds SA from time to time.

  1. Funds SA
    • Funds SA is incorporated under the Superannuation Funds Management Corporation of South Australia Act 1995 (SA) as an instrumentality of the Crown of South Australia.
    • As an instrumentality of the Crown, Funds SA is exempt from certain legislation. In particular, Funds SA does not hold an Australian financial services licence and certain provisions (including the financial product disclosure provisions) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) do not apply to Funds SA.

    • Funds SA will use all reasonable endeavours to provide access to the Website in an uninterrupted manner, however Funds SA does not guarantee continuing and uninterrupted access to the Website at all times.

    • For complaints relating to the Website or Funds SA generally, please contact us through our complaints portal here. We will review your complaint in accordance with our internal complaints management processes.
    • The Website Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the law applicable in the state of South Australia. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of South Australia.
